3. Non-Refundable: You cannot redeem an amount lower than the voucher value except if the store allows this and they will give you the remaining amount as a voucher..

4. Validity:  Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
